BERLIN - TWO men dressed as vampires and one decked out as a ninja fighter robbed and threatened a taxi driver during Halloween night, German police said on Monday. The costumed trio hailed the cab at around 3:00 am local time (10am Singapore time) in the western German town of Bergheim and jumped the 38-year-old driver, stealing his wallet before disappearing into the night.
