Current, Between, difference, Flow, Conventional, Electron

What is the difference between conventional current and electron flow?

i knew that early researchers in electricity thought electricity flowed from positive to negative, which is why they called them electric current, But why do we still deal with electric current that it flows from +ve to -ve pole? and we knew that there's nothing flows from +ve to -ve pole. I got confused!

You can work with conventional current with no problem, most engineers do that for their entire lives.

Just pretend there are positive charges that flow from + to â€", and everything works out fine.

Or you can work with electron current. Depends on your career.
