What can I do to receive free items for families in low-income housing for the holidays?
I work for a low-income housing program and I'm trying to see if I can get donations for the families. We are having a Christmas party for the community and I would like to raffle off items so that everyone can walk away with something nice for the holidays.
If you have any ideas, they would greatly be appreciated! :o)

Do you have the ability to get donations from companies.
If so, see about getting donations from grocery stores, gas cards, bus line/taxi donations, haircuts, clothing from a resale shop, diaper discounts, MacDonalds gift certificates, etc.
