What can you tell me about spirit guides?

One of my sister's guides is a white coyote. She died on May 21st. Two days ago we saw a white coyote in the field below our house. This is not a common thing.

Are you so dipsy as to believe in such a thing as a spirit guide let alone an animal spirit guide. Are you a traditional american indian living in a teepee in the forest or something because this kind of notion is born from stone age thinking, you know, when people thought thunder was an angry god and required a sacrifice to appease it. Indigenous belief systems are the most absurd simply because of their arbitrariness and inconsistency which is also a struggle for the main stream belief systems.
