I am going to be going in the summer, I only need one room. I'm heading there to check out a college I want to go to and see some of the museums. Also how do I know where the subway runs and such?

try the mccormick place hyatt....close to the museum campus which has the field museum, planeterium, and aquarium....try the CTA website for transportation
