Question by sirene9253: What is needed for a career in architecture?
I am considering a career in architecture. My major is math and they don't offer a program in architecture in my college. I really don't want to have to transfer schools so I was wondering what I should do? Is there anything I can do for a graduate or do I need to go back for another degress?

My opinion is that you will do much better to find a school that does offer an Architecture major; however you could take your liberal arts first at a community college as long as your chosen school will accept as transfer credits the classes you take at the cc. Find a school and see a counselor to see if this idea makes any sense. Also, if you change your mind about the major, you can go somewhere else after the liberal arts. This saves money and time imho.
